Project Description

Iprosper, a dynamic growth company, called on our services to strengthen their solutions development team. They were faced with a major challenge: incredibly tight turnaround times that their existing team couldn't meet. Recognising the depth and breadth of our expertise, they entrusted us with a significant part of the project, including the development of the lead pipeline.

We quickly got into action. In less than a week, we assembled an elite team. It consisted of an account manager who liaised with the client, a solution architect and technical lead who oversaw the entire project, a scrum master, business analyst and tester who ensured the project ran smoothly, and finally four experienced developers, ready to turn the idea into reality.

The next step was to meticulously analyse the project requirements and mock-ups. This in-depth analysis enabled us to fully understand Iprosper's objectives and expectations, to ensure that the final product would meet their needs exactly.

We then embarked on an extremely short Agile development cycle, with one demonstration per week. This intensive itinerary was adopted to meet the tight deadlines while guaranteeing the expected quality of the final product.
